A bunch of claimed you skipped the MMS because the INFI was 58-60 and not 60-62. With the INFI Ratweiler, the 58-60/60-62 debate never even came up, even though the Ratweiler is clearly described as 58-60.

Could someone please inform this ignorant noob on, Why?

For me, I prefer choppers at a lower RC as I'd rather roll an edge vs chip it.

On a smaller knife, that I'm not going to be exerting those same forces on.....a higher RC is preferable because it won't dull as fast.

At least that's my opinion.

In all reality, it probably doesn't make a hoot of a difference.

I agree with you. And in practice, based on my own experience, it does matter. ;) :thumbsup:
