oops my fault

I mailed out about 30 pkgs over Christmas to customers with no problems.today i found two packages that i thoght had gone out had not been shipped as i had thought.i screwed up im sorry and to the two guys im very sorry but it happens occasionally,not to me but i guess now it has.again im sorry
