Walrus private parts. I'm blushing. Don't feel bad it took me a while to figure it out.
Racoon parts are the same way. I guess parts are parts.

You mean to say that if you get a whole "oosic" it can be up to 10 feet long?
I have heard of such......)

I don't know why I was thinking in my previous "oosic" post that there would have been marrow in that channel...

Did you all see Yekim's oosic poem from about a week ago on this forum? If not, dig it up; it's a classic.

I ain't ever seen a 10 footer, I have seen some in excess of 2 feet, any bigger than that and the poor animal would have a heckuva time crawling around on the rocks, as it is I run across many that have been broken and then healed. The oosic does have marrow in it, but otherwise is pretty sturdy. Why anyone uses it for knifehandles, I don't know other than it is tough and makes for a great conversation piece.

Let me know if you guys want more of it

I have to be good, I gave my mom and my fiance knives for their birthdays.

Yeah, I can see it now...

"This is a nice knife, I love the handle, feels great" says random person on the street

"Oh by the way, that's walrus penis you're holding onto there" says knife collector with a laugh.

That'd be kinda funny...
