Open Studio Tour now less than 1 week away.....

Time seems to move faster every year and I am busy doing knives for my Open Studio Tour in mid September. So, I figured i would post photos of some of the knives I have been doing.

This first one is a Buck 110 done with jewelry grade Cassiar Jade scales.

I finished a few more knives for the Open Studio Tour including this Buck 110 with Morrisonite scales.

Still working on a lot of new knives for the Open Studio Tour with just a bit over a week left! These knives are about 2/3 of the way finished. I just attached the stone to the metal liners today. Tomorrow I start the grinding and sanding of the stone flush to the metal and then it will be on to polishing the stone on the knives. If you live near Fox island and want to see how this is done email me as I will be in the Studio pretty much all day every day until 9/15 when I will be open for the actual tour.

After the tour I will be listing all of the knives that do not sell on the Art In Stone Facebook site and Ebay. I will then start to do new ones for the Tidefest show I do in early December.
