That may be more knife than you need for the job. I whacked a coconut with a Busse FFBM one time, and the damned thing exploded like a bomb. The coconut, not the Busse. It was so loud, it brought the neighbors out on the porch! The coconut launched pieces of itself a good 20'In hindsight, I probably put a little too much "English" on it.
A knife like that doesn't require much force to blast open a coconut. :thumbup:
I love the knife in the OP, BTW. That thing is EVIL looking. In a good way.

It was pretty rad. A waste of a perfectly good coconut, but it opened my eyes to the destructive potential of a large chopper, that's for sure. :thumbup: Let's see your machete do that!![]()
