It seems to have a thick G-10 liner/layer- looks like thin pinstripe black & grey from the side. The top layer is ground through a little to expose the under layer a bit into the maroon/black/& white top layer between the top 2 handle fasteners at the low point.

I’m also glad you got that one Nuker Nuker ! that’s one of my absolute favorite blade designs and coincidentally my very first ganzaaaaa score. I hope they put out more liberty hearts in the future. I need another one or two in my arsenal 😎
