Noticed the HELLRAZOR is showing bold italic still (dinged, no shipping). I received mine yesterday, and I'm not the first. Plus, this needs to get bumped back up.

I thought it might be. Next time I'll wait for at least two people have reported a ding before updating the thread.
 
If there is more than a week's gap between starting the new blade runs it means that as operation 2 weeks goes on the blades at the end of the list are going to take much longer to arrive than the blades at the start of the list. This may ultimately be why operation 2 weeks finishes as the wait times would be too great. e.g. a year.

It would be a bit of work, but one could go back and tabulate offer date, ding date, and ship date; to see if the intervals have been growing as O2W goes on.

I'm not volunteering.
