well, it looks like the USPS strikes again... a horked national database has my house address listed at non-existent (along with 35 neighbors)
but unlike other knife vendors, such as Cutleryshoppe, BladeHQ, and Knifekits, the fools at Opinel-USA can't seem to be able to manually address a package and affix postage...
so my order, placed on Feb. 27, will NOT be sent, and i'm awaiting a refund - WHICH THEY CHARGED AT THE TIME OF THE ORDER
hey, no biggie - it's only $35 to them and me - but they won't be getting any orders from me in the future... i guess i'd have to be a major customer to really matter
btw, i have attempted several email to usps and have even visited my local postmaster - who assured me that 'there is no problem'...
i guess i'm gonna have to sell my house and move...
or use UPS or FedEx...
