ESEE Zancudo is speced at 3/32", same as the Opinel #9. Some short amount of time with a stone would get you close the #8 range.

The Zancudo is on my watch list because of the relatively thin flat blade.

On second thought, maybe I should just add a clip and a thumb stud to my K55K. It's already nice and thin and has a good lock.
