Opinion of the Kit Carson Magna?

Does anyone have an opinion of this
knife?

I have handled the original Carson model and liked it very much. This looks very close
to the original reproduction.

A Magna has been my everyday utility knife for the last 60 days. It is a handful. I have one with the partial serrations. The knife is wider than the Custom. It sits solid in your hand and has been right on the money for every task I have put it though. the size and weight is reminiscent of the original Buck 110. I only carry the knife when I am in jeans due to the weight. I reccomend it for farm/outdoor/warehouse chores. It also would make a great yarwa stick for CQB. I plan to powder coat serveral in different colors just for fun.
