Opinions on Benchmade DPT Rant

I have the Rant and I think it is a great knife, but it is not for batoning. It has a high hollow grind that makes for an excellent slicer. I am selling the Hybrid Hunter, but I would not use this knife for batoning either. The Fallkniven F1 is a very sturdy blade with a convex grind that adds tremendous strength.
 
I have been researching the F1 and I think that's probably going to fit my needs the best. It appears it can take the baton with no problems.
