Opinions on the Ergo Hunter Pro

Has any left hander used/gripped knife? If so, do you think it will be comfortable/controllable if used by a left hander in the field. thanks in advance.

Feedback we have recieved is that it is still comfortable for Lefties

 My Dad (he's a lefty) has an Ergo Hunter, and I just traded him my Ergo hunter small game for one of his Gen 5's. He has held my ergo folder, and loved it, but he's a fixed blade guy. The Ergo series are not shaped so radical that it is uncomfortable for lefties! It is actually very well designed (for either user). They may have not been "designed" for lefties, but they work ;)

I know one guy in Russia he is left hander guy, he told me that Ergo Hunter is more comfortable for his left hand than for his right hand.
But it is only one opinion.

That's a young moose Igor. Lots of good stew meat!!
Nice photo's of the Ergo Hunter too. Have you used it to skin/process you elk/bear/deer?

Yes you are right , this one was young moose but the huntsman has ordered to shoot.

I used my Ergo Hunter for one Elk only , it was other Elk than this one on the photo.
Undressing was in February this year, in winter, temperatures were around minus 26 degrees Celsius.
The handle was not so cold like plastic or metal parts , it was close to full wooden handle.

Ordered it today with the last of my Pro Site discounts for this year. Man, what a discount too!!! Cleared the cost of my BCCI membership by a long shot. Tossed in a couple of caps for the kiddos.

Can't wait to get it. Perhaps I'll get to drag it through a big South Texas buck in a couple of weeks!

Anyway you won't be disappointed with this knife.
Have a big game on your hunting.

I've heard this before and I personally like the way it feels in my left hand. I would not hestitate buying this knife if I was a lefty. gw
