Optimal ht/hardness for m390/3v small fixed blade

Hello everyone, I have made a few blades for some puukkos I've wanted, and I've made them in m390, and cpm 3v. The m390, are in about .177, and the 3v are in about .156. I am just trying to get some suggestions for the optimum hardness for these two steels in these two thicknesses. Optimum being relative to the usual capabilities a blade from 2.75" to 3.75" in a puukkos format, thickness considered. I was thinking 60 hrc for both. Again, any suggestions are encouraged, thanks again!!

I do 61-62 on the little knives like that.

Yup. Rc61 to Rc64 (63/64 on steels I’ve tested to destruction and know they are fine.)

I really like 61 hrc for most 3v applications. To me it provides a great compromise in sharpenability and durability while still retaining excellent edge retention.
