what color? Is this completely waterproof? I'm looking for something real compact for backpacking, but I want it to be dry in the rain. Not familiar with this type of tent, as the waterproof floor has to be put it after its set up. Thanks.

It is waterproof. It is a tarp tent-- single wall design to save weight. You might look at Six Moon Designs or Henry Shires for ultralight tents with sewn-in floors. Golite makes some near identical models like the Shangri-La.
