Blade and back-spring from the larger Northwoods Scagel folder.
Rest of the components hand-made by me.
Bolsters are desert Ironwood and handle orange bone, both deeply jigged to give superb grip.
Nickle-silver shield.
Strong half-stop and smooth action.

You will like it. I have three of those bigger sod buster type models and they are all superb users. My biggest problem is deciding which one to carry between it and the first one Dirk did for me which was one of the smaller ones. I also have two mint condition factory fresh ones still in the two blade configuration. Dirk's mods make them much easier to carry than the thick two blade models and less weight also.
They have some of the beefiest back springs and blades in my entire slip joint collection in this size range of folder.
