Here is a big chopper forged from 5160 that is meant for some real work. It has a machine finish and flat grind. I softened the spine with a torch after hardening. There is a bit of a tapered tang to keep the weight right out front where it needs to be to get work done. The knife has an acid etch for a darker look. It comes with the black leather sheath pictured. The sheath is a pouch type with a belt loop. It doesn't have much retention, but I figured with such a blade heavy knife, it will stay put and show a lot of handle for an easy grasp.
