Nested liners in that one. Don't do nested liners my friend. Same with the D4 and E4 FRN models, the Military, the Mini and full size Griptilian and more. If the liners are inlayed in there form fitted from a mold like that I can't do it to my tolerances when I duplicate it. Been there done that tried, and gave up.
The really large hole for the loop is the problem on that one. I don't own a drill bit large enough to make that hole. And when they get that large they get up there in price so the few times I'd have a call for that don't make it worth buying.
Yeah maybe. I'm not sure on that one either. It all depends on what the old scales measure out at. I don't want to have to modify hardware and since my textured orange G10 is only like .082 thickness I'm not sure it will work or not.
You've mentioned three folders. Two are integrals. Which one are we talking about?
The Para has liners on both sides I think. So, are you suggesting ridding the liner off the one side and making it a .082 thickness textured orange G10 all by itself? No way. It would flex and give like all get out each time you used the folder.
