Yeah, it's just the angle of the light. it's very shiny.

Now that is some bright orange, had to put my shades on to get a better look! Are you going with a paracord wrap, or some glow in the dark scales to maybe brighten it up a bit...

in the thread where he announced the scales for the 4 they, or someone said they'd be making scales for EVERYTHING ESEE.

when he announced the scales for the 3, i asked and he said the Izula scales would be available shortly after the first of the year... soooo perhaps a month from now, maybe two.

should be simple job compared to the other scales, and the Izula is a top seller, so no huge surprise that they're one of the earlier scales to come to market.

no doubt they will be unveiled here. just wait a little while, i have no inside info other than what i've learned here in the forum.

Finally got my orange combo izula+kydex !!
i added a lighter holder to the sheath .. for mini bic (orange work best but was empty )

Love it in orange

My orange Izzy also arrived safely. It was 5 days in transit, but worth the wait. I wrapped the handle in black paracord and used the molle clip to attach it to one of the side straps on my hunting pack.

The practical value of an orange knife was lost on me until I contemplated the problem of having your last-ditch, emergency knife get lost because you sat it down in the woods and it disappeared.

I am seriously contemplating an orange handled 3.

I did it for myself , still experimenting with kydex but i dig this material !
for the orange paracord.... coming verry soon, already got the cord !
