Orange Manix 2's arrive

What's the deal with having two of them in the same color?
I understand having multiples of the same knife with different handle and blade variants but not the same knife in the same color and steel.

There are only 600 of this combination being made and he probably bought one as a user and one as a safe queen as most collectors do.

Nah, best Manix 2 so far remains the S90V sprint! :D

I just got mine a few minutes ago and it's the best Manix 2 I have owned out of 6 counting this one. All have been very good but there is magic in this specimen as far as feel, action, F&F and everything else goes. This one has some intangibles about her.

It could be the best $107 (for the money versus quality of materials and workmanship) general EDC I have ever bought right now and the Manix 2 isn't my favorite knife at all. Well done Spyderco and Jeff Loffer! But I feel that way all the time :)

Well, if you should have the sudden urge to carry one Orange M2 in each pocket, you'd be out of luck if you only had one. For that you would need two. :D

I bought two because I've been waiting for an Orange sprint since I first touched the Manix 2, and I want to have one as my user and one lying around in case something happens to my user.

And that is perfectly legitimate :)

Never owned a Manix, but I'm a sucker for an orange knife so I have one of these on the way. Can't wait to try it out.
