This is my Muley design. It is a design I made with extended back country hunting in mind. It is designed to be a camp/hunting knife. The 4 1/4" blade is made from 1/8" O1 tool steel. It has a saber grind that is a good compromise for a tough blade and a good slicer. The heat treat scale has been left on for protection and character. The overall length of the knife is 8 3/4".
The handle is made from Hunter orange G10 with paper micarta liners and nickel silver pins and lanyard tube. It has been hand sanded and lightly buffed.
The sheath is 7 oz veg tanned leather. All hand stitched and edges are sealed.
