order confirmation?

I ordered one of those LE Beasts off the busse web. How do I know if it went through. I received no e-mail confirmation. Also how are you Hogs getting the # of the blade you ordered?
 
Funny!, I just got off the phone with Amy. I had the same question and the same message on my order. Amy told me she has my order and that they are working on the email issue. :thumbup::thumbup:

We all got the same error message, so don't sweat it. Hold onto your order number in the very unlikely case that your order wasn't received... but if you saw that message, then there's a 99.99999999% chance that it went through. :thumbup:

Numbers are assigned in order of orders received. :) I believe that Amy is still working on the initial rush of orders from Monday night, so I suggest that you might wait and try calling in to Busse on Monday if you wish to know what # you got. :)
 
Same thing happened with the ASH-1s as well. No worries, you order more than likely went through.
 
I got the same thing, I did keep the order # for the LE. I wonder how many are actually going to be made??
 
I have sent a mail to Amy , Amy answered . my Order is in and just wait till ready to Ship . so easy , isn`t.:thumbup:

You will most likely not get the # you want. Too many Hogs been doing this for too long, but don't fret.


THe # won't make it a better chopper, or sharper etc:D anyway


THe # 1 is gone so get in line and order. Stop worrying about which # or color and just order before its discontinued:thumbup:


Also, it is very "BAD MOJO" to complain or heaven forbid to whine to the "HOGGETTES" about your order.

I think it is the quickest way to get bumped to the back of the line:thumbdn:

or possibley have your order Vanish into thin air:eek:


And if you mess with Amy-O you are now and forever

I had the same thing when I ordered my ASH1. I sent a quick note to Amy and she promptly wrote back telling me my order was received. I think there's a bug in their merchant software. As long as you get your knife, who cares!!! Enjoy that thing, it's gonna be a monster!:thumbup:;)

I had the same worry! But i got an email today from Amy saying my order shipped... So i'm sure the rest of yours will get confirmation emails soon... ;)
 
I've ordered a couple times before and not gotten a confirmation and then sent an inquiry only to find out as usual, Amy was right on it. I wouldn't worry, I haven't got a confirmation either but Amy handles everything with the precision of a Les Baer 1911. No worries :p

Same here with my ASH1. Amy said the order was received; expect the knife to ship in 2-4 weeks. That was back in the middle of June....

Anyone getting ASH1s?

My Skinny ASH showed up in a couple of weeks.

I received mine 6 days after ordering it. All the way downunder in Oz.:thumbup:

Thank you very much, Amy.

I just e-mailed you some info regarding the order. When I placed the order online, I got the error message some others also got. I e-mailed to check and see if the order did go through and got a message from you confirming the order and giving a 2-4 week shipping estimate. After waiting five weeks, I e-mailed again to check on the order and I got a note back from Kendra saying it would be shipped within two weeks. That was over a month ago... :rolleyes:
