I just e-mailed you some info regarding the order. When I placed the order online, I got the error message some others also got. I e-mailed to check and see if the order did go through and got a message from you confirming the order and giving a 2-4 week shipping estimate. After waiting five weeks, I e-mailed again to check on the order and I got a note back from Kendra saying it would be shipped within two weeks. That was over a month ago...
