I guess the package was suppose to show up today but I guess it didn't make it up here in time for the driver to get it in her cab. So maybe tomorrow.
 
I was waiting for the mail lady to come all day long. I started sitting in the front room at about 10:30 and barely left until she got here at about 12:30. Who ever said these knives aren't sharp out of the box is....well I probably shouldn't say....but it was sharp out of the box. I was kinda expecting the Micarta to weight a little more than they did from what everyone had said about them in the past. I think I'm going to keep the Micarta on the 7 for a while just because that's what I ordered it with. Anyway.......enough talk; pictures.

That's sweet. Kinda makes me want micarta handles for my BK2, which I LOVE by now. I did some modifications to the blade and the sheath, I hope I find some time tomorrow to take some nice pictures :) I think I'll have a go at making micarta scales for it, I've got some thick canvas in OD, and some slightly thinner Blaze Orange fabric... Great combo if you ask me.

Have fun with the new blade, and of course we'll need action pics!
 
I haven't had much of a chance to play with it yet. Actually the pictures pretty well document my activities with it so fat. As of now though it seems to me like it's a pretty awesome blade indeed. I can't wait to have a go with it. Maybe it will end up being my one.
 
#51 that BK7 looks awesome with those grips. I just bought one (standard grips) 3 weeks ago and really love it but after seeing yours with the Micartas I may have to by a set. Congrats thats a really great looking knife

Hey thanks bud!! Yeah I'm really diggin' my 7. Make sure you get some pix up of yours and hang around a while. We've got some cool things goin' on 'round here.
