Ugh, practice was brutal. Didn't puke though, I've never puked during a practice or game. One kid (I think a Junior), puked for a good 5-7 minutes. These practices are just to get us ready for try-outs, which I think are in March. I need to lose about 5 pounds and than I'll feel like normal.

Would you use the sapphire stone/rod with the Lansky Sharpening System the same as the other stones/rods? What stone/rod should you use it after?
