Twist the clip in a counterclockwise circle. That always helps me get my screws out. Also I was thinking of investing in these. I have had too much frustration with my current set.

I'll try. I've only heard good things about Wiha sets. I do pretty good with my set (that's what she said), but it can be a pain in the butt.

You could take the Blur apart and push the screw out from the inside with something small and thin enough to push it through. It sounds like the threaded part is messed up.

I think I paid $5 for my set of bits, and there are at least 30 of em in the set. Spend your money on knives and be patient and deliberate when working on them.

What's that old saying? "Tis a poor carpenter that blames his tools."

Not ragging on ya Knotty. In the beginning I thought about having to replace a TV because of a bum screw.

I got it out finally. I was going to do that, but TDB's suggestion worked.

I learned that the hard way with my Cryo.

That's how much I payed, but the screwdriver is no longer functional, so I need a new set. I figure I might as well buy once, instead of multiple times.

That's the blem price. 145 is the non blem price
