They are two different steels. And why do people use 154CM when its CPM-154? Thats just Knotty
That's a sexy Norseman!
I love Lake Superior. I haven't been there in the Winter, but I think it looks gorgeous. We went hiking there last Summer and went to Mosquito Beach to look at the Pictured Rocks. We went swimming and everything. Lake Superior has the clearest water I've ever seen in my life.I took a little hike today up to Palisade Head. The sky was amazingly clear today. For those of you who don’t know, this is the north shore of Lake Superior. I took a cool panoramic video of the view, thats uploading right now.
The last pic here you can get a better view of the Sawtooth mountains that form the ridge line of the North Shore.

Yo Marky Mark, I got the Blur today. Holy hell this thing is amazing! It' like a custom version of a regular Blur. Pure awesome. I'll try to get her sharpened up tomorrow or monday.
Also, why is the Blur still assisted? What's wrong with you?![]()
What's the difference between the stock Wicked Edge stones and the Chosera Stones? Besides the Chosera Stones going higher up in grits.
Going higher up in grits is about the only advantage I see with the Chosera Stones. I think they help with the Edge Pro a little bit in some way, but I have the slightest idea. A polished edge from some Chosera Stones would be sick! You could read a book off of the polish.im not an expert on the wicked edge, or sharpening in general... but it seems to me that the Chosera stones are top quality stones and much higher grit. really really really fine stones. I’ve never seen grits that fine. 10,000 grit!? holy crap-oly
