It is always good when a company backs their product. I had some bladeplay in a Cold Steel Recon 1. Emailed their customer support, never heard back from them. I have gotten responses from Kai's service department same day. And gotten parts in the mail in like three.
Let's not talk about CS's warranty. They suck.
