I use white lithium grease for the torsion bar cavity. It maintains its consistency across a wide temperature range (-40F to 300F), and it's cheap. About $5 at any hardware / home improvement store.

I'm doing good. Can't wait to get my Umnumzaan back from Phantom Steel Works, gonna look insane...This is sorta what it will look like.
