Speaking of hand strength, the self proclaimed worlds strongest man (a New Yorker) at his 103rd birthday ask a young fan he was talking to if he had a quarter the guy handed one to him and he bent it with his fingers. He said he use to be able to the same thing with a dime. He was a life long vegetarian and said that he was always strong.
