I don't know about you guys, but I'm feeling absolutely beastly right now! I just got home from weight training. This may be high or low to you guys, but I just leg pressed 500 pounds.

That's pretty high. I stopped at 300, haven't done anything passed that since. I learned how useless that kind of isolation exercise is, so I spend more time doing other things that directly benefit my daily movements. I've come away from the vanity exercises.
Evening gents! Anybody here ever watch LOST? I love that show.
BTW Marky mark, I started playing Mass Effect 3 yesterday. It's pretty damn awesome. I wish I could have played the first two but my brother only has the third one now.
I wouldn't call it useless. It's cool to see how you've progressed throughout the years. I could do 210 max when I was 12, that's just about doubled now. That's pretty high. All I did today was weight training. What did every one do today? I used the weed eater to cut every square inch of grass around my house...took me almost two hours:grumpy:
That was my maximum, so it'll be awhile before that becomes "easy" I guess. Right now I'm focusing more on the correct form and making sure I'm doing everything correctly, instead of maxing everything out.500 is a good amount of weight to press. Just be sure to wrap your knees well if you're gonna continue on with that kind of weight. Awesome quads don't look as good if you're hobbling around. My knees hurt every day from over doing it when I was younger. Thought it was cool to fill it up with weight then hang more off of it. Mistake. Just take care of yourself.
Your maximum is 1,000 right? Or something like it.Thats what i start at. Hahahaha
Im just teasin. Thats really good for just starting.. Keep it up!
I could care less about the Xbox One. I'm not buying another console for awhile, and I've pretty much lost all desire for video games now that I'm into knives. All I'm really interested in is Forza 4.Why not buy the triple pack? It's like $40. The first was my favorite, then the 2nd, then the 3rd.
Number 1, and 2 are pretty close though. Number 3 would've have been my favorite, had it not been for the ending.
By the way, anyone else hear about the changes they did to the Xbox One?
Nice! I'll get there one day.Yep my max is 1000 for 2. That was after like 6 working sets and one warm up set
