Ordered my first ESEE yesterday

I am a fledgling knife collector, and am just getting started :D. I ordered the ESEE Izula in orange which is a knifeworks exclusive supposedly. Dont know how many they made, but im giddy as a schoolgirl waiting for it to show.
 
It is a KnifeWorks exclusive however they do sell to other dealers so you might find it inanother dealer's shop every so often.

The Izula is such a capable little knife (even more so with the micarta scales). The two I have came screaming sharp and have performed extremely well.

I also love how this fixed blade knife can fit in my psk... not too shabby!

Compact yet capable. :thumbup:

BTW: I submitted yours and Adama's photos to SWAT for the debris shelter article. Can't guarantee what they will run though. I gave proper photo credit. Anyway, you and Adam need to send me a mailing address and I'll send you a new Izula for helping out. Let me know what color you want.

I'm amazed at some of the shots I'm able to get with my little point-and-shoot.

Been looking at a DSLR recently, should up my game a bit. :thumbup:
 
I just got mine in the mail yesterday and love it! It is a great knife to stash in a small pocket in your jeans or jacket. Don't be surprised if after receiving it you get an itch to purchase an ESEE-3!

Izula= a great start:thumbup: Bet you can't stop at one. Been looking at the ESSE 3/4 posts haven't you;) You'll need another knife to keep the orange Izula company:)

Works both ways. I first got a RC-3 and I have an itch for an Izula!

Let me know if you need help finding a vendor. There are two here who I have ordered from......meaning members of this sub-forum. I have so many bookmarks for different types of knives in my Bookmark Manager.......not sure who has what in stock now since the holiday season cleared a lot of people out.
