Had one, and got rid of it, without even trying it out. Regretted it, and have had the hankering for one lately, and placed an order with Dex. Looking forward to getting it in. If you guys want to, feel free to post photos of the 4 whilst I wait.

No photos here.....just a good ol congrats! I know you'll post some pics when that bad boy comes in. Looking forward to it. BTW, any plans on mods? I've seen some of your other blades that you've modded and they're pretty badass!

Thanks tobiism, appreciate it.

There you go.... That's about all I have of mine. Its a fun blade!

Thanks Jerry, appreciate it.

Congrats your gonna love it..... Can't wait to see your pics of it on a hike

I'm gonna take it to the cabin, and give it a good workout. I don't take larger knives on hikes. Usually do small hikes anywhos. If I were gonna do a longer hike, I would take it though, or the niner.

Congrats warrior,i guess selling of few gear here and there pays off...;)

Thanks man. Sure does. I was mostly selling stuff off, to get money for a wood burner, for the cabin. I placed an order for it too. Looking forward to getting it in. A warm cabin in the winter is a good thing. If I can even get back there int he winter, haha. They said the lane gets extremely icy.

I know it's been done before but how about a little chop off between the 4 and 9 after your 4 comes in..

I may do that. I think the niner would win, but I could see giving that a go, once I learn the 4 a bit.

Thanks Dubz! Headed to the post office with your new Machax now.

You are going to love this thing. Ethan got it right with this design for sure.

Congrats man, I love mine. Though, it took an outing to 'get acquainted' with it and get used to the forward curved blade/find the sweet spot.

Now, I wouldn't carry anything else when firewood processing is on the agenda.
Also, when poles are to be cut, it's the fastest swinging blade I own, which makes cutting 2" poles a simple flick of the wrist.

Thanks man. That's what I feel too, that there's a learning curve there.

A wise choice indeed Dubz!!!
