I wouldn't trust their security @ checkout. No accreditation with BBB or any consumer advocate.
I have placed several orders with Knife Outlet and never had a problem. I usually call first to make sure the item is in stock, though. Often the website will let you order an item that is not in stock, but "en route", so if you don't call first, worst case you might wait a few extra days for delivery.

I'll take the word of the forum members on their legitimacy, but do you really take a chance with an insecure connection @ checkout?
You're best bet would be calling in the order and request your CC info not be stored electronically.
Even on sites with a secure connection and anti-virus software, I never save my CC info.
