Amazing. Just seeing the work you do to make this all happen makes the 2 BF knives I have even more special. I just have to say, as my elderly great aunt says "I wouldn't do that for all the tea in china !" 🙂

I received mine a couple weeks ago and in all honesty it's one of the few GEC's I've bought over the years that I've been disappointed in. Function is fine but the jigging is poor, looks like the handles were over buffed and the jigging is shallow and flat topped especially on the mark side. The dye is also light and not the rich brown I'm seeing on others.
Oh well, luck of the draw.

Maybe you're just spoiled by all those vintage knives in amazing Schrade Peachseed Bone? ;) I don't think any new production could compare to that.

I wish it looked more like my pictures, they came out darker than when you have the knife in hand, it's pretty light with a washed out look.

Sounds like you got the “pocket worn” version! According to Case, that’s a feature :)

But seriously I do like the smoother handles, but also prefer the darker dye. Well I now have tracking info, so I’ll post mine soon!
