Ok guys, here's your 1 day warning

Tomorrow, Saturday, Nov 18, at NOON EASTERN I will go live with the remaining 2023 BladeForums.com Traditional Knives.

There will be the following available

14 Standard models at $200 ea, 1 per household, do not order if you already have one. This is for ppl who didn't get the first go around

23 Extra models (Serial # followed by E), $190 ea, 1 per household.

8 Small Blem aka Store models, (Serial number followed by E, with S on sticker), $170 ea, 1 per household

11 Satin models (Serial number followed by S), $190 ea, 1 per household

These will go live in an announcement at the top of every page in Traditional at noon tomorrow. The announcement will only be visible if you are a Gold or higher paid subscriber.

When I say one per household, I mean per model. If you already have one of the 2023 BF Knife, don't buy a second of the Standard <600 serial number ones. You are welcome to buy 1 of ea or any of the other models.

They will ship out next week.

Spark Spark - I was waiting to do my "3000th post" Give Away of the 2023 BladeForum Knife #269 for IF I can acquire a Red Acrylic model to replace it. Otherwise I was going to do a GAW with 2022 Forum Knife #62 instead.

So, If you sell me one I can get the GAW started asap with a standard BF 2023 knife #269. Just an FYI.
 
How about we just follow Kevin's Spark Spark instructions and just take our chances? When he decides what he wants to do with the acrylics I'm sure some will be happy some not so happy. Maybe this will PO some of you guys/gals/youngsters but everyone if they meet Kevin's qualifications should have a level playing field for a chance to get one.

Instead of buying an acrylic now, to give away my #269 to a lucky forum member real soon; I bought a >600 S/N knife for my give away.

If I can get one of the five red acrylic later, then I’ll figure out what to do with my extra one at that point.

Nothing - for some people who wanted #69 mine is like two 69's (its a tongue in cheek joke number, like 420).

I only quoted your post when I mentioned my giveaway for #269 because I thought your earlier comment, after I said I wanted to buy a Red Acrylic, was directed at me for not playing the game right and needing to give everyone a chance at whatever Kevin makes available when he wants to make it available, etc.

Number 269 is the one Kevin shipped to me previously, and later I picked up #555 from a seller at AAPK. So, I was willing to giveaway #269 to some lucky forum member for free IF I got a Red Acrylic. But since I can't buy the Red Acrylic right now, and maybe it looked like I was asking for special privileges in order to buy it, instead I bought a > 600 S/N to do the giveaway.
 
For those who aren't paid subscribers, ordering is now open for the remaining 2023 BFC Traditional knives. Paid subscribers will have till Wed to get their orders in then it'll open up to everyone
 
I hope my initial post didn't sound ungrateful. I'm just a stickler for a knife being sent SHARP. I mean that's really it's only function & when you fail to deliver that it's just moot. With that aside & after putting a SCREAMING edge on it, this is BY FAR my favorite slip-joint knife!! I see what people see in GEC now. It's such a SOLID knife. I can see it being passed down through my generations. I'm an avid Case collector but GEC has got them beat by a mile I'm sorry to say. I just wish their products were more readily available at reasonable prices! Thanks again Spark! I'm so glad I got in on this..
