I have no problem paying the extra few dollars. I just think of it as convenience fee, plus still much more affordable then trying to get a GEC on the secondary market.

Last year's forum knife is my one and only GEC I have ever been able to purchase new. All because everyone knew the time and place, and the supply was sufficient. Now, thanks to @Spark and all of the other fine folks who helped out, I have my second ever brand new GEC ordered! I wish this was how it worked everywhere else...
