You rushed to post 25 times in the traditionals sections after the knife went live for sale. I wonder if that might have something to do with it. I think the posting criteria might in theory be for people that posted in traditionals BEFORE the knife went up for sale.

Last night, just before 10PM Spark posted that there were about 200 orders in already. I'm sure ordering started tapering off after the initial rush. So far, it appears that anyone who wants one still has a chance.

Not automatically. I was on my phone and clicked the X to close it as it was taking so much space at the top.

This is as perfect a release as you could ask for. Easy ordering with just a couple clicks right from the forum, pre-announced release with a set time, and few enough that it'll be special but enough made that it stays open for a day or three so everyone who wants one has ample chance to get it.
