Organizing your Collection--Neat Software

BTW, If you are looking to organize/inventory books, cd/dvd's, and video games, Delicious Library always gets great reviews:

Delicious Library v. 2 requires Leopard as well. I tried version one and wasn't impressed. The Collectorz book collector works great. Now that I've customized it, I'm surprised by how much I like it. It does have a few drawbacks though, so if I upgrade to Leopard one day I look forward to trying Bento 2 and Delicious Library 2. If anyone ends up trying these and Collectorz, would be neat to see a comparison.

I have come across another resource. I have not spent enough time with it to be able to recommend it, but it deserves exploration. It has the advantage of being internet-based, so it works for both Mac and Windows users, survives despite changes of your computer equipment and software, and preserves a record of your collection on a remote server. The website is iTaggit.com. If anyone uses it, or tries it after reading this, let me know what you think. It also works well as a catch-all location for all possessions records for insurance purposes.
