GONE- put on an auction site

Adding a like-new, never carried/used Cold Steel Spike to the deal. See 3rd post

This is an original 1980’s production Master Tanto San Mai I purchased new. It differs from later production by being made in
Japan and having a brass pommel and hilt. The blade is in excellent condition with no pitting or chips. It does have minor surface scratches that would buff out easily, but I wanted to list in original condition. The brass will also polish well, no corrosion/pitting.

Sheath is in very good condition. It has a few scratches here & there, from moving boxes and desk drawers over the decades. Has never been worn, so the loops are like new, as is the Velcro retaining tab. The rubber(Kraton) handle is like new; no tears, fading or wear spots. This was my first ‘spendy’ knife purchase back when I was young and poor. I was really into the Tanto style and this was on my radar all through school. I‘ll likely never carry or use it, and have more than enough knives on my desk to handle & admire, so would like to pass it on. No box, just knife/sheath.

blade- 5.75”
oal- 11.25”
blade thickness along spine- 3/16”

Decided to throw this in. Like new, never used. Couple small scratches near the tip, caused by sheath.
