Anyone have any recent contact with OG's customer support?
I know they had some equipment issues a while back, but not sure if things have gotten worse for them?
No open order slots, of any kind, for Ti pre-orders.
I haven't seen any email blasts from them, either.
 
I haven't heard anything from them since around Christmas...I hope everything is OK! Great folks!!
 
I had some AD-15 aluminum scales delivered in early February. Ordered about a month before. No issues and good communication. UPS misdelivered the scales and the OG staff was very helpful getting the problem resolved.
 
Oh, that's good news. Clearly, there's still something going on with their Ti production, but I'm glad to hear they're still moving on other materials.
 
Still waiting on a gunstock pocket clip since September, last contact in December. The scales and backspacers I bought were worth the wait so I haven't emailed again. Once it's been six months from my order I'll send another.
