Original Goat production Issues?

Anyone have any recent contact with OG's customer support?
I know they had some equipment issues a while back, but not sure if things have gotten worse for them?
No open order slots, of any kind, for Ti pre-orders.
I haven't seen any email blasts from them, either.
 
I haven't heard anything from them since around Christmas...I hope everything is OK! Great folks!!
 
I had some AD-15 aluminum scales delivered in early February. Ordered about a month before. No issues and good communication. UPS misdelivered the scales and the OG staff was very helpful getting the problem resolved.
 
Oh, that's good news. Clearly, there's still something going on with their Ti production, but I'm glad to hear they're still moving on other materials.
 
Still waiting on a gunstock pocket clip since September, last contact in December. The scales and backspacers I bought were worth the wait so I haven't emailed again. Once it's been six months from my order I'll send another.

I hope ya get what ya paid for eventually. ive seen many craftsmen do this many times in the past. keep taking orders and money and cant get them done.

That would be a shame, they have a good reputation so far and I really like what I have from them. I'll send another email next week, hopefully the fact they don't have any open pre-orders for titanium means they are busy getting all those orders completed.

Hopefully, they're okay, and still in business. But the silence has been a little unusual. As I had previously mentioned, they used to send out frequent email blasts, and those have ceased entirely.

Should be all okay... I got my answer today. They still shipping titanium orders every week. Maybe they had too much in backlog.
Hopefully my three orders will ship next week. 🤞
