This is a LNIB Benchmade 710 in D2 steel. Factory edge. Never used.
Blade is 4 inches. Spine is 0.489 inches. Knife width (excluding pocket clip) is 0.489 inches. BTE (width of edge shoulders) is 0.03 inches. Weight is 4.7 oz.
Comes with TC 21 Titanium scales as an extra. Solid lockup with no blade play. Blade is slightly off center.
TC 21 (Ti-6Al-2Sn-2Zr-3Mo-1Cr-2Nb-Si, wt.%) is a new Ti alloy replacing Ti-6A1-4V in the aerospace industry because of its high strength, toughness and damage resistance.
The knife comes as original, with G10 scales. The Ti scales are electroplated with a copper color. They come with two complete sets of mounting hardware. You have to remove the backspacer to mount them, which converts a closed back to an open back. The original scales have nuts embedded in one scale. The Ti scales do not, so they have double-sided bolts that the scales are srewed into from both sides.
Price: $225 TYD in US. Payment by PayPal F&F. First "I'll take it" in this thread gets it, if followed by prompt PayPal.
