FYI All LE satin jacks were not black paper

here are some pics from BadMojo But the format of the

logo does not appear correct to me:eek:

I hope its cool to share what I know on SJ's. They are my favorite:)

THe Satin Jack Le's had two runs to my knowledge.

The full flat with convex edge, and then the saber grinds like this came out, or vice versa, but regardless, I've had both types.

THe saber ground SJLE's had the option of black canvas, black paper or black linen micarta. I know this is true cause I read it on the internet:D

and

Ive had the bp's, and black linens, but unfortunately not the canvas. I am not sure if the three different handle materials where available on the fully flat ground SJ LE with convex edge, or if it was black paper only.

It is the correct font. Not to say Busse didnt use more than one, but I have #982 thats just like it. Mine was rehandled by Garth at the factory but, it has the same font as Gerbers:thumbup: Its not forsale....just showing that Gerbers is indeed factory.

Lets find a buyer for this knife... I will be taking new pics of the knife and sheath today, probably in late afternoon so stay tuned.
