Mine will be here Monday, been trying to placate myself by looking at others knives. Noticed something I hadn't before, do the originals have fullers? Lots of pics with fullers, not many without. So guys let's see some original TG goodness, help a brother out, looooooong time until Monday!

I don't have any pics at the moment but to answer your question... yes the original TG's had fullers.

Top one...

Wow rob picture is awesome I really regret not putting for one in the Ganza. Rob is the top one a coated knife with a lot of use or a washed finish?

That was originally a tanker gray coated blade. I stripped it some time ago and over the last couple of years with use it's formed a cool looking patina.

Very nice guys, love the weathered look. Mine has a satin finish, can't wait to get it so I can use it and have a similar patina on it! Haven't had a lot of woods time time the last few years but I am going to take a break and get to the woods this summer.

Since this seems to have turned into a stripper TG thread, I'll add my etched, stripped, zeroed convex, and re-scaled Gemini to the mix

Thanks guys. Great photos. Another item for my Birthday/Christmas/St. Swithen's Day wish list...Cheers

I should have just bit the bullet, or sold an organ, and jumped in the Ganza. Already kicking myself.

I always wanted a Battle Mistress ever since I read reviews on the KnifeTest by Noss and friends, at the time the Anneversary Straight Handle Battle Mistress was available so I got the LE, then I needed a smaller knife to go with it so I got the Anneversary Mean Street LE, the Gemini was available but I'm a bush guy and didn't care for a tactical looking knife, but Busse came out with the Sarge 7 which was short lived I bought it and no regrets, but I still wanted a knife in between my Sarge 7 and my A.M.S. LE but I didn't want to pay for a Secondary Market Busse Price so I actually Prayed, then I got a e-mail they were having a Drawing on a INFI Ratmandu the Swamp Rat INFI, and I got one but before that, even though I wanted a 5"-6" blade the Son of Badger was available and we know how Busse is they sell out fast and their gone, so I bought my S.OB. no regrets it became my favorite Bushcraft Knife, I learned a lesson with a Swamp Rat Knife, since I don't like Tactical looking knife for bushcraft and to complete my Swamp Rat's and I mean complete, I have all the recent Swamp Rat's even the Rodent Rucki which is a great long knife for the Ohio bush in the summer, Oops I don't have the Tomahawk's I went with more traditional hawks by 2Hawks, to complete my set I needed a 6" blade well I read in a forum that the guy had the top gaurd taken off so I called Trissy and she confirmed it, I even had it thinned down since my Rodent Solution is a little on the thick side but what a "Lil Tank", so I had it thinned down and the top gaurd taken off and now it look's like a beefy Ratmandu on steriods, it's beautiful and they did a excellent job at the Custom Shop you can't even tell it was a Rodent 6 yet it's a awesome chopper and baton's great and I can make great curls with it well good enough, if I didn't have my Sarge 7 I would have the same thing done with the Gemini. Regardless I think the Gemini is a beautiful looking knife, but I'm a bush man. heh heh heh !
