ORSA Pro-Diver plus Wanoka dive knife for trade

The ORSA Pro-Diver was made by Martin Berger of Canada. It features:

-Ronda 515 Swiss quartz movement
-200 meter water resistant
-stainless steel case
-unidirectional ratcheting bezel (has a little back play)
-date
-NATO style strap
-bright lume
-VERY good condition-no marks on crystal!

The dive knife is made by Wanoka. It is the Seaquest model (Blackie Collins design).

-Well designed sheath with EZ lock.
-serrated edge and plain edge
-excellent condition

I am thinning my dive watch and dive knife collection down a bit so I would like to trade the watch and knife as a package for some Wilson 47d mags, Galco Phoenix Holster (lefty) for either the 1911 or HK USP. Spyderco or Benchmade trades considered as well. Trade up or down.
