I was dismayed to hear about your bad experience. Mine was the opposite. Their customer service is great and they are both knowledgeable and helpful. I purchased a Spyderco Domino and told them to keep my credit card info until they get the Spyderco Southard in stock. Two weeks late it arrived at my cdoor. They will be my main source of knives from now on. Like I said, their policies and their customer service are second to none.
