Anyone have any feedback on these guys?

Placed an order last week (2/8); got the confirmation e-mail. Since then, three e-mails to their sales/info addy have gone unanswered.

Something I'm missing?

I've never actually dealt with these guys, only seen them at shows, but their price is not exactly the best, I've always been able to find better prices elsewhere, usuallly just a few tables over, and I got some attitude while trying to buy from them at a show, so that ended my only transaction right then and there.

well, their prices for Mission knives look very tempting ($99.95 for MPU), so I would like to see some feedback from anyone who had deal with them.
