I saw a good deal and I ordered a knife from them back on July 28 and still haven't received my item. I call once a week and no one answers the phone. I email once a week and I always get the email returned to me stating that their mailbox is full.

Does anyone know the folks at osograndeknives? If so, do you know if something has happened to where they can no longer service potential customers?

Never dealt with them, but have read some negative feedback on them here at Bladeforums. With a paid membership, you can use the search function to check on the sellers feedback, saved me a couple of times. Hope it all works out for you.
 
Same as above, never bought from them but heard about some issues regarding product exchanges.
 
I made a purchase from them last winter that went just fine. I called them first to verify if the knife was in stock and placed my order over the phone.

Hello. I made an order in osograndeknives shop 05.12.2016. This product has not yet been sent, the letters do not respond!
 
i Steer clear of this place..NEVER a good rep..And they are not a reputable BF Dealer..
