That is a very interesting striated pattern on the blade - how was it achieved?

Hi Geode!

That pattern is achieved by CNC milling; each line represents a pass by the carbide endmill. Each one is just .0015" deeper than the last! We shape our knives using our CNC mill and then do many hand finishing steps to achieve the final look. Our videos show more about our process
