Danny, you are a freak.

:D

Nice ink. And I thought a spider web on my elbow would be cool.

well, how about a partially naked geisha caught in the spider web on your elbow?
now that would be nice.

Yaks dont do this much anymore, the cops finally figured it out and now they cant really deny it when the cops pull off their shirts.

these days it is 99% just people who like it.

I'm glad your fingers are safe! - i like the last one the best - the others are a bit too chinese for me. she'd look good on a tsuba (or on my futon)

A cherry blossom,
Of silken pink and verdure,
Trembles in the wind

What's it say on her back? Advertising? When I was in Okinawa I avoided the Japanese characters because I figured they would wrote something like "kick me"...

I likey. But I'm at WORK and would have appreciated some fair warning that I was gonna see ink & boobies on a knife forum :)

I didn't mind the boob, DIJ. I'm at work too, but i run the place. its good to be the king:) Excellent ink though. something very captivating about a young lady inked head to toe. However, the thought of these ladies 40 years from now is enough to make the egg mcmuffin in my stomach a little unsettled:)

I have to agree. Nobody stays in their 20 y/o body forever and add a few kids and the spreading fo the hips and stretch marks and.... :barf: Although I have been tossing around the idea of a rose ring around my ankle...

Sorry guys, Japanese women stay pretty much the same until they turn 65.
I have ogled many a middle aged woman on the train.
They are usually kinda flat until they have kids, then they start to look like 20 something white girls.
they hit 50 and start to look like 30 something white girls.

Gin, I believe that rose ring around your ankle would be very flattering. I say go for it:) I'm just a firm believer in not getting any tattoos where childbirthing or the effects of gravity can take a serious toll.

That last one looks very fresh. ("fresh" as in recent, not "fresh" as in def, phat, stewpid or da' shiz-nit)

It does nothing for me, but I realize that embellishments of one form or another (Tattoos, henna painting, neck-stretching, implants, etc.) are a part of every culture. Call me a snob, a purist or a fuddy-duddy, but I happen to believe the basic, original design of the female form looks pretty good by itself. ;)

Why would anyone want a nose ring on their ankle. It would just make putting on socks difficult.
 ;)

Effects of gravity....I've seen butterfy tattoos turn into caterpillars. ;)
